This is in response to my 747 queen of the sky pics, but im trying to get the jetblast exhaust more realistic but can't get adobe photoshop cause the trial expired so is there any other programs that have the same blur features and stuff, that are freeware?

If Paint.NET doesn't do the trick, you can always use the trial version of Corel's Paint Shop Pro:

The GIMP of course! It is unlimited and free (open source) image editing software. I use it sometimes even as a replacement to photoshop:
