Yep, $32 though! Amazing for how detailed it is. You can even lock on something and have a box around it. |

I have it.....however I am still putting it through its evaluations...Its pretty cool to be able to locate and track other aircrafts in your range.
According to Aerosoft, its capabilities is quite extensive. Rodney J.

Yeah its really cool. I'm starting a FS Virtual Thunderbirds (FSVT) team. Currently 1, 2, and 3 are open slots. |

Yeah, I have it. I just finished the mission (BETA). You escort AF1 from Japan to Hawaii maintain a < 5nm distance from AF1 and then land at PHNL's military part. |

Hey, hey, not so fast When you say 'the mission' is this one integral to the F-16? ...and why is it BETA?
What I really want to know is what does the update consist of... flight dynamics, texture fixes, panel fixes? |

Panel and smoke fixes is all the update came with that I noticed.
The mission is a Private beta.
Fixes from AES Forum
Shaun Fletcher from Aerosoft wrote:Hello Folks,
An update is now available in the FAQs/Updates section at www.aerosoft.com
The hotfix Update 1.01 addresses the following.
-Fixed CTD on FSX SP2 systems
-Fixed wrong MFD's and HUD gauges
-Fixed Engine smoke on all combat versions etc.
-Fixed Demo smoke on KLU-Demo, BAF-Demo and Thunderbird
-Adjusted VC Cameraview for Left Aux panel (COM radio)
-Fixed Speedbrake, not being able to extend to 60° after landing
-Added aircraft panel state configuration utility
When the F-16 has loaded, two images are shown on the screen, with the "No VC (unobstructed) view" in the background.
Left image is for "Cold and Dark" situation.
Right Image is for "Ready to Fly" situation.
Left clicking on the left image, will shutdown the F-16
Left clicking on the right image, will startup the F-16
Download size Approx 1.9 MBs.
Many thanks to Finn and others for there hard work resolving these issues.

Ok thanks Raz. Aerosoft seem to have rushed that one out looking at the long list of issues they had to address in the fix. |

Okay....it is not quite as extensive as the Captain Sim XLoad F/A-18, but it is still a good plane to fly. It has auto-flaps (I keep trying to add flaps during landings), autopilot (which was the first problems I had with it) and that AI radar, which I can run down AI planes within my radar range. I wanted to try it out to see if it can be useful for multiplayer sessions, and it works as well. I tried to jettison my payload (the jettison button works) but nothing falls off....
Raz...if you don't mind I'll put up some of my shots:
oops.....little too close to the ground
