Update! My budget and NewEgg came back and bit me in the bum, so I had to do a bit of retooling.
MSI X58 Platinum SLI LGA 1366
Intel Core i7 940 Nehalem 2.93GHz
Thermaltake V1 CPU Cooler LGA 1366
G.SKILL 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
2x MSI R4870X2-T2D2G-OC Radeon HD 4870 X2s in QuadFire
2x LITE-ON Black Sata DVD+/-RW Burners
2x WD 1TB Sata 10000 RPM HDDs
2x WD Caviar 500 Gb 7200 RPM HDDs (note on these: I already have them)
COOLMAX CUQ-1350B 1350W ATX 12V V2.2 / EPS 12V V2.91
Thermaltake Spedo Advance Package VI90001W2Z
btw, I changed my Sig to reflect my new specs, but it seems the site is refusing to accept the change. I don't think its character limit issue, I have 222 characters on a budget of 225. |
