Hey, I'm not the type of person who is on forums much, but I've encountered a problem. I am trying to take a video using my video screen capturing freeware called Cam Studio. While i am capturing the video, the game looks just great, high quality, everything. When I play back the screen capture vid, every so many frames the entire plane and or scenery dissapears, then flicks back again. It would be great if someone could help me with this.

ab's right, fraps is absolutely the way to go if you want to capture video in pretty much any game on your computer.
