New VA BluSpirit Airways

Hello BluSpirit Airways is new VA company we are in need of staff dont worry we dont use any free domain sites and we hope to get BluSpirit airborn until the beginning of may we are urgently in need of staff if you are interested to take part of our team you can check http://z3.invisionfree.com/Project_BluSpirit/ for now its just a forum until we get all the staff needed to open the BluSpirit site on the air we will open it.

- Administrator
Requirements: Being online and active everyday. Helpful, courteous and loyal to the forum. Know the basic administration of forum based on phpbb.
Task: Manage, monitor and moderate if necessary.

- Designer
Requirements: Must appear at least twice every fortnight ( 2 times within two weeks). Helpful, courteous, loyal, imaginative, creative. Know the basic how to repaint the aircraft for Flight Simulator 2004.
Task: Repainter for BluSpirit textures aircraft

- Developer
Requirements: Being active at least twice within a week. Helpful, courteous and loyal. Creative is recommended and know the basic, intermediate and expert level of PHP/ MySQL. (Seems that I forgot everything about that script as I used to learn several years ago).
Task: To create the basic simple website that easily and attractively for pilot to join in and use.

- Instructor (at least two)
*Requirements: Helpful, courteous, loyal, responsive and recommended to be active whenever is needed by rookie pilot or student. Must have an email (but I will provide this for them). Know how to fly the single engine aircraft such as cessna 172/ 182, Beechcraft Baron, Boeing 737-300/400/ NG, Airbus A320 family. Know the theory of flying (necessary to explain something).
*Task: - To assist student or any pilots who have difficulty in flying any airplanes
- To conduct lessons of any virtual license (PPL, CPL, ATPL) especially those wants join but not enough/ sufficient knowledge on how to fly the aircraft in Flight Simulator 2004/ X

- Examiner/ Investigator
*Requirements: Loyal and responsive and active when is required. Know how to check/ examine for the checkride for anytype of the aircraft.(Especially Cessna 172/ 182, Embraer 170, Airbus A320, Boeing 737 NG)
*Task: very easy and very handy; Must conduct and initiate checkride schedule so then students can prepare their lessons beforehand with instructors. Co-operate with instructors for the schedule stuff and so on.

- Human Resource Department
*Requirements: must have an email address and contact with the new pilots and troublesome pilots those who not attending the flights lessons, roster/ duty and leaves of absence and whatsoever. Loyal and co-operative to the manager and ceo, coo. Know the basic flight simulator and virtual airlines (past experience).
*Task: Check email regularly and application form and review according to his judgement (but of course he might send the application form to us to identify and re-review and HRD only advise whether the pilot is accepted or not or make troublesome.

- Manager
*Requirements: Active, helpful, courteous, loyal and know how to check ACARS in a proper way and publish them if necessary for flight report and so on and logged the hours flown by certain pilots. Cooperative with other team members such as examiner, ceo, coo.
*Task: The hardest one: - manage fleet, schedule, typeratings and so on. but no worries he is going to be helped with examiner/ investigator.

- Contributor/ Advisor [Optional]
*Requirements: Active, creative, imaginative and inspiring other members. Loyal is recommended, but helpful is a must. Recommended to know Flight Simulator 2004 and virtual airline backgrounds.
*Task: contribute something in the forum about virtual airlines
