I need advice to edit a file please.....

I have FlyTampa's KaiTak in my FS9. I've just installed a package of surface vessels designed for 9 Dragons KT. It all works well except for the liner France. This waits off VHHH in order to steam off & under the bridge to dock near the Peninsula Hotel, opposite the HK-Macau Ferry/Heliport.

The dock has 2 vessels already there so it 1/ needs to find another spot to go to, which I've done. Will someone with more knowledge than I advise me about changing to it, please? I gather the traffic file for the France won't have the parking place for it (I'm learning about traffic files with TTools) & I'd appreciate a tip as to what to do next, apart from forget it!! 2/ I'd like to give it a new starting point much further away from VHHH. So that's a new start & finish basically!
