TOM 340-600: No pointers in engine or flap displays

I installed the very nice TOM 340-600 but get no pointers on the engine RPM, EGT or the Flap indicator. The engine digital readouts are there but not the analogue pointers. The Flap background display is there but not the analogue pointers.

I tryed to download that same plane but the fuselage comes out completely black did you use the manual that comes with it?, because that never works for me, would you mind giving me a step-by-step tutorial? Confused
