Runway ILS

How can I find the ILS of a particular runway at an airport in order to put into Nav1.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The frequency is printed on the pop-up information found on the Map in the sim. Double click the airfield (the runway is best) on the map and a box with the available ILS frequencies will appear.
