Doing just fine, thanks Michael. What is Lufthansa doing under that funky Alberta night-sky? Beautiful textures!
Cheers!

I think those guys were lost... Laughing

Good to see you. Did you ever build that new system yet? I'm thinking mine is getting a bit long in the tooth. I'm jealous of your quad core..

...Russian spies no doubt -- they'd be stupid to turn up in an Antonov Very Happy

You'd better do some research on the Quad core before you go shopping. I read on a couple of occasions that Quad core at the time was hot for gaming, though it wasn't really suitable for FSX. Well, that answered a few questions.
Similarly, SLI configuration and (at the time think) ATI's equivalent Crossfire were good for gaming in general but did nothing for FSX.

Interestingly, recent advertisements for gaming computers (the commercial type), do not include Quad or SLI and Crossfire.
So I'm thinking i7 right now... the GFX card is still up in the air. One thing for sure though, the OS will be Pro as it will also let me run FS9 to which, like many other things, I am addicted... well, it seems that way Very Happy
