I get 'Error #18' when I try to download patch 9.1

Thanx for downloading it for me. Unfortunately, when I try to place the patch in FS9, I get the following message: "The program can'tstart because MSVCR70.dll is missing from your computer." What is this and how can I get it for my computer?

Here is a list of whats on each disk, find it, drag it off and replace it.
