Interesting observation re: Sim software development sites

I have been looking around for Sim software sites that offer the Affiliate Program for persons that have websites. I spent the entire afternoon perusing the web! From PMDG and Flight1 to Wilco/ FeelThere and FSDreamTeam to others!! I only found Captain Sim offering this option. Is there some reason so many of the sites may opt to forgo this program? Is there any site I may have missed that is offering this program besides Captain Sim?
