gps is confusing. can't ever find the airport to get radio to work. want to follow nav to destination

Tune one of the nav radios to the frequency for the VOR/DME or NDB of destination airport. Check that the correct nav radio is selected, nav (nav 1 or nav 2) radio button highlighted on radio panel.
