Hey all, I'm back with more pics! Some of these are really great and do an excellent job of showcasing REX + GEX and my other add-on scenery packs.
Enjoy!

Gorgeous shots! What graphics card are you running?
Also I can't see enough of the overhead panel to tell, is that an E or an H model 130? |

God I love your screenshots, if only they were a bit bigger, silly FlyAway. Please direct your complaints to the moon, they might care there. |

Thanks Traches!
Not sure what model C130 to be honest. It was the Grey Camo livery from Captain Sim.
Video card is an older nVidia GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB. I've been holding back the urge to buy a new one but have been eying the GTX 560 Ti, any thoughts? |

I use photobucket and have the IMG size set to full res in the settings, not sure what else I should be doing?
Any ideas? These are high res uploads |

Oh man, that makes me happy... I'm running the 8800GT, which the 9800 is basically a rebrand of. When I get my new CPU (should be here monday) I'll be able to crank settings
GTX 560 is a nice card (about twice as fast as what you've got now), but if you can afford it I'd consider the 570. $100 more and it's a decent performance bump... But then if you only play FSX the 560 should be fine.
As for the 130, if I remember correctly CS only makes the E model. Does it have an APU or a GTC (gas turbine compressor)? Or if I see a shot of the outside, or the overhead panel I can tell you... but don't feel like you have to jump through hoops to satisfy my random curiosities |

No no, it's not your fault, it's Flyaway's silly auto resizing policy. Please direct your complaints to the moon, they might care there. |

That's an E model. Also I did some research, apparently when you load up an H/J model exterior you still get an E model's cockpit and systems. It's a shame really, as the E's are old and crappy; mostly they use them for training these days. Gorgeous bird though (I'm a bit biased, on account of I work on them.)
Anyway thanks for the shots! |

I love REX but those ORBX packs kill my memory every time, even at the recommended settings. My computer is no slouch but I cannot fly in the Pacific NW for more than an hour before it all comes crashing down. US AIR TALES- Stories of one man's virtual life as a pilot |
