need some menu help

ok so i was playing around last night and decided to do a misson rather than free flight. i opened the crj set up all of my screens (3 monitor setup) and away i went well after deciding i liked the screen setup i clicked save flight and choose to have it be the default flight. i then deleted all of the flights that were in that menu. exept the one. now if i start fsx and click on free flight set up my flight plan and click fly now it starts with that annoying mission success sign and the little mission compass in the upper left corner. also (the biggest problem) some of the ingame menus have been disabled (greyed out) can anyone think of a fix for this other than a reinstall? thanks

First drop in disk 1 and try repair.

couldnt help but chuckle to myself when i read this reply...after posting i said to myself i was willing to bet money that good ole radar man would be the first to reply:) thanks for the reply i will try that tonight thanks.
