Scenery library loses all add ons everytime!

hey people

I have had a bit of a problem recently with my scenery library. I installed a "weather extreme" pack to my FS2004 database but I uninstalled it as it was too complicated. when I removed it, I found out that all my addons in the scenery library were gone! i tried to add all of them back and when I restarted fs2004 they were not listed in the library but they worked. when i turned it back on the following day, they were gone again!! Help!!
