converting fs2004 to fsx

i want to convert an aircraft from fs2004 to fsx.
FS2004 De Havilland DHC-3 Otter PZL radial (dhc3pzl.zip) this is the aircraft i want to use in fsx with working gauges or has someone already done it and where can i find it....

its the single otter.... any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated
