FS X questions

When starting a flight at a gate or ramp can you set the program so the aircraft engine is off, and not have to kill it then go through the startup procedures?

Where can I go to maybe download WW II aircraft, fighters as well as bombers?

Save the game while in one of the default aircraft with everything shut down, and check the "save as default flight" box. From then on everything in free flight should come up cold and dark.

Thanks for the help, and RadarMan I may have more questions concerning downloading the acft.
