screen problems( black at left and right)

hello ppl
i just bought FSX on my new laptop
but i cant play the game full screen?
i have left and right at the screen black
and just a small screen to play in the center,
i did try to change resolutian but nothing works.
can anyone explain me what i need to do pls?
