Looking to upgrade my system

Hello everyone,

Looking for some help please. My computer knowledge is very low, when it comes to things like this Sad .
My computer specs are listed in my sig. I am looking to upgrade my PC soon.
I not to good with computers.

Here is what i want to go with, I think.
Windows7 Ultimate 64 bit
Intel Core I5-650 Clarkdale 3.2 GHz 4mb L3 Cache LGA 1156
Asus P7P550-E LX LGA 1156 P55

Im not sure if this will be a upgrade from what i have. So i'm asking for some help.
I really want to go to Windows7 Ultimate 64 bit.
So if anyone can some CPU's and motherboards at me for suggestion. I would really appreciate the help.
I have FSX, REX2, UTX, and several payware aircrafts. (GA, and jets)

Think more about an i7 CPU and no less that 8gigs ram.
A good power supply is very important, I suggest a 1000w name brand but others who don't have one will disagree.

Take a look at these and get an idea of a good configuration.

They have some of the highest prices on the net.
It's mostly the case, neat wiring and the "T" shirt Laughing

You can build one of their machines for 1/3 the cost yourself, but they do know how to configure them.
