Adding Traffic

I love AI traffic. Sadly, the Default traffic SUCKS. I don't really want an addon though. What I'm looking for is a program that allows me to add AI flights myself. That way, I can build a stream of AI traffic around the airports I like most. I have never found one however. Anyone use something? Freeware is preferable, but whatever you've got is fine. I always end up with a dead end search.

Is this something similar, it lets you add specific packages only.
