Aircraft appears in menu, but invisible when I choose it

I have managed to get two Qantas planes into my FSX system and they appear on the menu screen, but when I choose one, the plane is invisible. When I go to fly it, the plane is still invisible but the shadow appears on the tarmac. What have I missed setting up? Crying or Very sad
