Yaget_X_v0.94 Refresh problem

I have Yaget 0.94 working with FSX and Google Earth. IMHO, The automatic refresh does not work because the Test_track_path.kml file that gets generated every refresh cycle has a syntax error at line 17 which causes Google Earth to encounter an error and the refresh fails. Here is the error:
<altitudeMode>0</altitudeMode>
<altitude>relativeToGround</altitude>
It should read:
<altitudeMode>relativeToGround</altitudeMode>
<altitude>0</altitude>
Is there a fix for this?
