Hi everyone,
I have just spend a little over $2k upgrading my computer and I would now like to buy some add-ons for FSX.
I will already but the full set of ORBX scenery for Australia nad also a couple of airports.
WHat I am asking is for suggestions as to what else would compliment these?
Are the REX downloads good? Which Traffic programme should I get? Is there a decent New York City add-on?

Your thoughts?

Thanks in advance Smile

This is all you need for your AI Traffic: http://www.world-of-ai.com/

It is better than any payware product and you are in full control. Make sure you read the various sections of the menu on top of the page... in particular the Installer.

Ultimate Traffic 2 is pretty good if you're too lazy to install each indvidual WoAI pack, and comes with some GA traffic I believe?

There are some other alternatives but it's best if I keep my mouth shut about those.

As for aircraft, the usual as per FS9, PMDG, Level-D, Captain Sim, blah blah. Sceneries are; Orbx, Aerosoft, FlyTampa, et cetera. The best thing to do is read up reviews for yourself and determine whether a product is good enough for you to purchase and/or download. There are some lists of must-have addons on other forums as well. I also recommend you steer away from SimShack as linked above, as many other members have had some serious issues regarding payment and receiving their products.

Best of luck setting up your FSX.
Please direct your complaints to the moon, they might care there.
