new to multiplayer, wants to fly with someone

Hey guys, have had fsx for a few days now, still tinkering with the controls to get it to work on my interlink controller (used for rc sims). I would love to start flying with others on a server, but I dont know how it all works. can anybody please share a good way I can joing the multiplayer servers?
