Hello pilots! Yesterday, I downloaded a Qantas 747-400 and when I was testing it I saw that it doesn't have a call sign. Do you know when you go to select your aircraft and you click in a button to change the tail number and other stuff? Well, there's a menu that lets you change the call sign of your aircraft (i.e Qantas, Swiss, American, Air France). That aircraft didn't have a Qantas callsign. Does anyone know how to create one?

Second questions (and more simple): What are the runway lights? I have a 777 panel that has a switch that controls the runway lights. I clicked it but nothing happens. Do I need to change the frequency?

Third question (this may be a stupid question): How can I change the Max TOW (Maximum Take-Off Weight) and MLD (Maximum Landing Weight)? When I click on Fuel and Payload there's a list of weights and stuff, but I'm not sure which one is the Max TOW and MLD wieghts.

And finally, the forth question: When I click on Time and Season the years always start in 2003. I'm getting tired of changing it everytime.
How can I leave it on 2005?

Thank you

You don't change MTOW and MLD. They're based on the engines, size and overall flight dynamics of the aircraft in question.

It doesnt show MTOW and MLD, because it's different from aircraft to aircraft.
You have to look it up for each aircraft. In the Learning Center, look for the info on the 747-400, and It'll tell you the MTOW and MLD for it. You may have to hunt for it, but it's in there.

Go into Settings, then the General tab. Tick the circle that says "System Time"

Restart FS9, and it should show 2005.

Hmmm, it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear (I mean read Laughing ).
Maybe, I didn't explain it well enough.

FEM, I know that I can't change MTOW and MLD. When I know the MTOW and MLD, where do I put that quantity? It should be on Fuel, if I put that quantity of fuel I will get like 15 % of fuel in total, which is not enough to my flight. What do you do about it?

Well, do you know the answer of my first question about the aircraft call sign?

Thanks anyways, and sorry if I didn't explain my problem well enough.

that quantity is not based on fuel alone. It's combined total of passengers, cargo, and fuel. MTOW and MLD aren't just for fuel, they're for the weight of everything.
