Track another Player?

How does the track another player(shift+t?) works?when i did that nothing happend..does anyone know?

In some servers when you press shift and enter I think it is or cntrl and enter a dialogue box comes up. IF you type if ?where into this dialogue box, it has the location of all of the players in the server. Not sure about shift + t Dont Know
