what is the best joystick to use to fly?

Im a nubie who is just now getting into flight sims. What i want to know is what is the best joystick to get to fly with? I was thinkig of getting the X45 Digital Joystick + Throttle (heres a picture of it if no one's heard of it http://www.saitekusa.com/usa/prod/x45.htm ) I just wanted to talk to some others who knew more about flight sims on what they thought about this controler and what controler to buy..
