As a former controller at NYARTCC and Tokyo ARTCC I'm puzzled at the broad at Boston who cancelled my IFR.

I followed instructions for a 330 climbout to 4K. My altimeter was showing
4K when she says: "Expedite climb to 4K."

Ok...I figure my altimeter might be off a bit so I climb to 5K and she gives me a heading to PVD.

Then she says: "IFR cancelled....proceed VFR"

Jeez, lady...whadIdo....insult you at the bar?

Any ideas????

I suggest you keep your barometer set corretly. You can do this automatically by pressing B whilst flying. Hope this helps Smile
