Frame rate fix

HI all

Ive just tried out a cloud fix from Fsw and now i can run multiple cloud layers with no loss of performance and still looks great

Please remember to follow the instructions in backing up files.....just in case you (or your system does'nt like it)

Right lets find some rough weather and scare some passengers
