create city and road

HI !

I'm a little bit new in fs9. I'm comming from a very small village which in FS9 there is just the airport.

I want to add to this airport, the city road and one day, my house and my parent house.

Could you tell me if there's an tools (freeware or not) I can use to create those read and add them to fs9?

Is there a tutorial somewhere which can be helpful?
