does anyone know where I can get some soft ware that allows me to control what happens over a TCP/IP multiplayer session, so I can take control of peoples planes and avopid collisions and like put them in scenarios??

Can anyone help me?

no that isnt im trying to find a program that works of a local area network so I can control what happens on the flight sim on other computers, but thanks
