Dammaged #2 DISK

Somehow I have managed to Dammage my #2 instalation disk.
1-3 & 4 are all ok. So obviously I cant Install it. Does anyone know if Microsoft has a policy regarding such a problem (Possible Replacment?)
Or am I out of luck.
