new hard drive

hello, i am looking for a new hard drive and i am thinking about one at newegg, but its OEM, and i no that means it has no software or anything. so is there any thing you would have to install for a new hard drive?

It comes without any "directions, box etc", OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means it the type of product that computer manufactures buy in bulk.
The warrantee is from the manufacturer if he supplies one.
The best way to buy.
All you do is fit it into your case, format and load the OS.
