wanting to join a cargo VA

Hi all , I am looking for a VA to join preferably a cargo one , The questions i have are is there any, where you can use your own aircraft as i have bought the 727 professional edition and would like to use that .... and also do they cater for beginner's??

also is there a va for DHL
