This is for all the people who have had the pain of phoning tech support

Enjoy
That made my night 😂
That is sooo funny! 😀
Insight had a similar situation. I'm sure he will remember.
Thanks for that Liono! 🙂
Reminds me of my DSL provider's tech suport. They had a network problem which I was already aware of, but on a whim, I called their tech support in India. They either weren't aware of the network outage or weren't aware I was on the network with a problem because they had no idea of the geography of California.
If it were up to me, the CEOs of companies that outsource overseas, should be forced to live in the countries they outsource to.
lmfao
My fave question from the Indian guy I was put through to was
"what colour ethernet cable is your modem plugged in with?"
"what?!"
hahaha
ah, i can laugh about it now....
That isn't so far off target. Some ISPs provide DSL modems with a specific cable that is always the same color. I suppose that's to keep folks from connecting it with a 200 ft. Cat-3 cable. 😂
👏
That's Great! Very funny.
Thanks.
😂 😂
Crash,
I agree with you, but not only should they live in the country, they should also be paid at the normal rate for any other citizen of that country. Maybe that would make them think before outsourcing.

Mine was provided with a USB cable 😀
I had told him that I had connected it with an ethernet cable, now whether its blue, green, grey or black is completely irrelevant.
My problem was "I can access msn but no websites"
So how is the colour of my cable going to suddenley cause me an issue?
