I use CH Yoke USB. It has three levers on top. The left one is throttle control. If I move it all the way forward, the full power is applied (as it should). But, if I do the opposite (pulling all the way reaward), only about half power reduction is achieved. I have to use F2 key to fully close the throttle. Do you know how to fix it? I have an older CH yoke and had the same problem on a flight. As I recall a simple recalibration of the controller fixed the problem.
It does make landings exciting, you have to come in dead stick.
mine works without any problem, I would suggest that you take a look at your sensitivities in your settings, you may have the null zone too high. Mine is set to :
null zone off
