How do You put a Picture In Your signature for forums

Get a free account at http://photobucket.com/ , upload your signature shot. Now you have a place to link to.
Put the URL (address) between the [img]HERE[/img] marks and go to profile at the top of the page.
Put it into the signature box, put a checkmark in "show signature" and the next time you make a post put a checkmark into "Show signature" in that post, it'll stay there after that.
