My brother was trying to install FS2004 on to his new computer, and when it told him to insert Disc 4, his computer said the disk was corrupt. To see if it was we installed FS2004 onto my dad's computer and it went on there with out any problems. So why doesn't it work on my brother" computer?

I would make sure the disk is clean and try it again, it could have picked up some dust that caused the abort. Being a new computer I wouldn't think it would be the drive.

If all fails, try to load it in Windows safe mode.
