Chart for England withCities/Towns Wanted & Chicksands I

I use A century of flight along with the Scenery discs for England and Wales. Waiting to get Scotland and Ireland. I would like to know if I can get some sort of chart that I can use in game that displays towns and cities and perhaps interesing places to view.
I'm a bit of a lamer with FS as I've only been using it for a year so any info would be much appreciated.
Whats the strange Cicular object visible from about 3500ft near chicksands military base, Bedfordshire.

There used to be a very large round antenna covering about 40 acres ➡
