Kind of out of topic but speaking of bad incidents...
My sister flew out to California about a month ago. On the way out there, her plane was fully boarded but the door wouldn't close, se they had to unboard and wait for another plane. Then when flying back, and with her my cousin and uncle, the engine had a dent in it so they had to get a different plane once again. Next, when my cousins were flying back to San Diego from MSP, there was a snow storm and they were delayed about 3 hours.

Talk about bad luck.
