Is there a way I can replay my flight so I can capture screen shots easier and video?

And how do I record it so I could host it as a vid?

Go to Explore --> Local Disk (C) --> Fraps and all of your videos from Fraps are in there. You can also make a flight video using the in-built FS video recorder, and then use Fraps to record from that.

You can edit it using Windows Movie Maker.

Hit Alt while your are flying or when you finished your flight(but just before end it)Choose Instant Replay. In the new window that appears edit the Replay Length (by writting how many seconds of your flight you want to see)
If,for example, you put 120'' you will see the last two minutes of your flight. If you put 180'' the last 3' etc.
Run fraps or any other program you working with during this replay and you have your video. 😉
