No, you drive them around, they load into the menu like an aircraft.

What do you mean by ''driving them'' if you`re on FS2004?

Use your joystick just like they were an aircraft.
They are built on an aircraft body, if you go too fast you'll find that some will lift off and start to low level fly.

i have noticed these add ons on that website you posted but how can you use them in fs2004 when anything just sinks into the water

its like a boat plane but instead of looking like a plane it looks like a boat
