I have left a note in the Off-topic forum about a girl that i like and although some members have given some excellent advice(thank you guys!), I would like to hear what other people think.

You got some good advice on that thread, but I do have one word of advice that won't help you meet her. You shouldn't put someone's full name on the net without their consent. You might want to edit your post and remove her name. Her last name at least.
Just be yourself and be sincere if you really want to meet her. You are who you are and if she doesn't like you for who you are then trying to be something you aren't won't work.
