Flyaway will have the chap's IP logged I expect - all forum softwares log it for the admin these days... I would imagine this guy just posted through his ISP account..

do a WHOIS on the IP

Get the ISP name, send a mail to abuse@<insertISPdomainhere> and away you go 🙂

I was talking about a new law passed recently in the states regarding web harassment Radarman, think it has more specific regulations with regards to the internet than all the old harassment laws - sure there was a link somewhere about it but I can't find it ..
