Is there a program that randomly makes Scenerios happen lets say , you can make it so there is a 1/100 chance that the engin will fail in a flight , is there anything like that

Hi Nik,

Some add-on come with this feature.

The Level D 767 add-on (superb!) come with a fantastic set of failures (some minor where you just have to switch over to alternative elec power by pressing a button, and some major like Engine, flight control, or AP failure).

Probably the best for what you're looking for (random events), is FS Passengers, that can throw many serious and minor incidents at you and that will assess and present how you reacted and give you a score!

Within the stock Flight Simulator, you can't define odds that an engine will fail but you can define that it will occur within a certain time frame. I think the max is 10 hours. Smile

FS2002 had an add-on utility called FSFailure that allowed you to set randomly generated system failures. The chance of an actual event occuring was based on a random generator combined with some other factors so you never knew if or when something was going to fail, plus you could get combination failures too.

It can be downloaded from here: http://www.simtakeoff.com/fs2000util.htm

It says that it would be compatible for any sim using FSUIPC so it might be worth a try.
