I'll write it in white so you'll have to highlight it with your mouse to see it (as not to spoil it for anyone else who doesn't want to see it):

You need to change the URL from ...notpron/not/level2.htm to ...notpron/not/level3.htm. Notice that you need to change the level number to 3 instead of 2 in the URL
