username and code

I purchased the program and received it by mail. When I loaded it I tried to activate it with the username and code which was included but it gives all the time "error, wrong username or code". I am waiting for a solution from the tTechnical Support indicated with the order confirmation. My question i is any of you have experienced the same problem and how did you solve it.

As GreekMan has asked, we would need to know the program to answer 😉 I'm sure the technical support staff of that product will sort you out quickly 😀

The program is Passengers. Now it it is solved as I got a solution from the Technical Department. It was_ instead of - in the code. Thanks for your help.

I had a similar problem, where I never received my password to unlock the full version, but it was sorted quickly 👍
