Spam reasons. Anyway, the game doesn't send spam e-mails. I've been playing this game for like three days and I didn't receive any spam.

i cant intercept the ils im at the correct thing like speed below 100 alt below 1000 and intercept at less than 45 degrees

To intercept the ILS, you have to tell the airplanes to descend to 1000 feet and to reduce speed to 100 knts. When they are getting closer to the white square, switch to View #2 and you'll have a closer look. Not try to align the aircrafts between the blue lines. They will intercept the ILS automatically if the airplanes are flying above the gray line.
