I've switched from dial-up to ADSL and now my music files and video clips are without sound. FS is not affected.
What on earth is going on?? Is there a way to get my sound back?
Just managed to solve the problem, if anyone else ever encounters it, here's what I did:
Open Windows Media Player
select Play from the Menu
select Volume
uncheck Mute F8
...and all the lovely music and roaring of aircraft engines is back to enrichen life.
😀
Glad you solved your problem Tailhook!!

Much appreciated pilotwannabe 🍻
Another way to get your sound back is to go back to dial-up.
You'd better be on your guard Agus, I'm on my way to come and get you
I'm waiting for you...
You won't have to wait too long -- and there'll be no escaping in any of your lame Airbus I've just strapped myself into an SR-71

Thanks Steve - what a buzz ❤️
I'm getting 1.000 MB on my plan before I get capped and I fear that this will probably happen within the next couple of days. I'm going absolutely berserk - downloading anything and everything.
Another positive is that even once my speed has been reduced for the rest of the billing cycle, I'll be able to do slow overnight downloads without getting cut off half way through the download.
Ok, enough of this, I'm getting too excited here and am starting to ramble...
Yeah, I'm limited to 1 GB of brodband, then we're reduced back to dial up speed for the rest of the month. 🙄
Great to see you now have broadbrand Tailhook! 🍻
Thanks Jarred -- which browser are you using?
