Uninstall

I need to uninstall FS2004 to get rid of all the addons i have added over the years... but whenever i try to uninstall it, nothing happens. I've tried using the "uninstall" application that is part of FS2004, and i've tried using the microsoft "add/remove programs" utility. and the uninstall wizard won't even show up. If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.
